InfoBot is a UK-based technology company specialising in AI Assistants, conversational chatbots and voice agents for business. We help companies of every size — from sole traders to enterprise teams — automate the repetitive work of customer communication, so their people can focus on the work only people can do.
Our mission is to make enterprise-grade conversational AI affordable, easy to set up, and genuinely useful. We do not build generic assistants that sound like they came out of a box. Every AI Assistant we deploy is trained on the customer's own business: their services, prices, opening hours, tone of voice, frequently asked questions and the way they like to handle awkward situations. The result is an assistant that feels like a member of your team — one that never sleeps, never takes a day off, and never misses a customer.
We started InfoBot after watching small UK businesses lose enquiries every day — calls that rang out at 7pm, WhatsApp messages that went unanswered on weekends, web chats that visitors quietly closed when nobody replied within 30 seconds. We knew the technology to fix this existed. It just had not been packaged in a way that made sense for the corner café, the local accountant or the family-run garage.
